To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dappvisory and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Maxxin, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dappvisory from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms or for other operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or in-app message). Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
